Linocut workshop – Print your own bookplate (drop-in workshop)
Carve a simple linocut image and add your name using real vintage type to create your own bookplates. Nick Morley will guide you through the process and show you how to print your design on an Adana 8-5 letterpress machine.
Nick Morley (aka Linocutboy) is a linocut artist based in Margate. As well as making his own prints he illustrates book covers and has written two books on linocut. Nick runs linocut workshops at Hello Print Studio in Margate and has taught all over the UK and in Ireland, France and Italy.
